Video consultation

Customers have the option to book in with the orthotist to receive a video call to assist with completing the online assessment. In addition the orthotist will provide her specialist insight during the consultation and a treatment card and summary will be emailed over once complete. If you decide you would like to purchase the 3D printed insole package, your consultation fee (£35) will be refunded.

Appointments will last between 30 and 45 minutes. Ensure you have your laptop or phone camera set up so that it can be easily positioned to observe walking, standing etc. It is a relaxed atmosphere and you should wear what is comfortable.
