Customers will now have the option to book in with the orthotist to receive a video call to assist with completing the online assessment. In addition the orthotist will provide her specialist insight during the consultation and a treatment card and summary will be emailed over once complete. There is the option to add insoles to the package at a set rate of £50 - this can be done before booking in or can be bought after the assessment is completed.

Appointments will last between 30 and 45 minutes. Ensure you have your laptop or phone camera set up so that it can be easily positioned to observe walking, standing etc. It is a relaxed atmosphere and you should wear what is comfortable.
